Our Olympic Taekwondo program specially designed for students who want to become the best they can be at competing in WTF Taekwondo tournaments. Whether your aspirations are to become Club, National, or International Calibre competitors, Master Harrison and his team of expert competitors will help each student reach his/her goals and potentials.
The team trains 4 times per week depending on the level of the tournament. They can be seen competing at tournaments in the UK and Europe all year round.
For the more serious competitors, there are National Championships and the opportunity to compete for your Country at the European, World and perhaps the Ultimate Competition the Olympic Games.
So far the program has produced National Champions, European Medallists and many ‘A’ Class medallists with more to come. Training consists of paddle kicking drills, hogu drills (chest protector), sparring, endurance drills, and plyometric exercise. Master Harrison and his team’s goal is to make each student reach their highest potential.
