Here we step up the fitness to a whole new level, concentrating on either Lower body, Upper Body, Core Strength or Cardio each week. This will give those who want to succeed in the sport a great way of becoming stronger and fitter than your opponent giving you the edge. Also people who want to stretch themselves after the Traditional Taekwondo Class will be welcome again giving you the burn that most people think that you can only get in the gym!
The classes are designed to raise your level of fitness in order improve your performance in Taekwondo, hence fitness sessions are based around preparation for combat unlike many gyms and health clubs.
